How To Upload Your Picture For AFTER EFFECTS - Picture Form

If you have been affected by knife or gun crime resulting in a death of a teenager we need a picture of your lost love one, or of you or anyone else that may have been affected. The Picture will appear in After Effects along with other people’s pictures that have experienced the same tragedy to illustrate the scale of this social ill.

Your picture will not be exploited in any way, it will only appear in After Effects to visually demonstrate the families and friends affected by this terrible crime.

Deadline extended, closing date to get your pictures to us is
TUESDAY 31st August 2010 by 12am

STEP 1
Please fill in the below form with the correct information according to uploaded picture.

STEP 2
Click on the Chosse File' button then locate you photograph, select it and begin uploading. Image specification below.

STEP 3
Click on the 'send e-mail' button and wait for the 'Mark One Thank You'. If you do not see 'Mark One Thank You" please try again.
